No. XpFirm provides risk-monitoring software for self-directed traders using independent prop firms. Funding, challenge rules and payouts are decided by those firms, not XpFirm.
No. XpFirm shows your account risk, configured limits and recorded trades. You decide what, when and how to trade. No signals, investment advice or managed trading.
Review recorded trades and reported account states against your own rules. Check source timestamps and monitoring freshness before interpreting a record. Historical evidence does not establish future results.
No. Connect the bridge to your own MT5 terminal on your PC or a VPS you choose. XpFirm does not host, lease or manage that terminal or server.
No. The halt is designed to stop trading when loss reaches your set limit. It does not guarantee a pass, a fill or any profit.
When the configured limit triggers a halt, the linked MT5 bridge attempts to close exposure on its next poll. A reported Halt or Flat Lock is a control state, not confirmation that positions closed. Results depend on the bridge, broker, network and market conditions.
Yes, check MT5 yourself. Halt or Flat Lock does not independently confirm execution or open exposure. If positions or pending orders remain, close or cancel them in your terminal. Delayed or missing monitoring data cannot establish that the account is flat.
MT5 connection quotas follow your plan's configured entitlement. See the pricing page for Free Core and Expert Core (pay-as-you-go credits). No numeric price is published here. EA-related access is reviewed separately.
Free Core does not publish a numeric price. Expert Core (pay-as-you-go credits) is described on the pricing page. Connect your own MT5 bridge and check the monitoring report your plan includes.
Yes. Cancelling stops future billing; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow the published refund policy.
